We welcomed a new addition to the family today. It's a Singer 14CG754C SERGER!!! I can not even BEGIN to express how excited I am about it! I have decided my serger is a female and I am going to name her either Lucy or Betty but I'm also open to suggestions. I just got her today and have been running around and haven't had a chance to really take her on a spin.
I have set myself up with a "craft corner" in our back room. It's a nice and cozy spot and I'm sure my new girl will feel at home in no time :o) Isn't she a beauty? I (heart) her!!! Alright... I think I am bordering on creepy now :o)

What is the first thing you'll make (or have you by now??)
I've used it to work on my Halloween costume and that's about it for now. I still haven't had much time to play with it.I know! What's wrong with me, eh? Haa haa!
